Information about RNAgeeq

RNAgeeq is an alignment optimization and postprocessing toolbox. Currently it contains the following modules:

• SPACE - Alignment evaluation and comparison
• SAFT - Simple alignment filtering
• MMR - Multiple mapper resolution

RNAgeeq is currently packaged for release and will be available online for download from 20.08.2012 on.
